NGOs means non governmental organizations, which support the Government and most be free from any political activities. Humanitarian work has its principles and all humanitarian most adhere to it. To run a new up coming NGO you most, after all the necessary registration are made, how to fund the activities of the Organization has to be known and make sure technical staff are in place. Prepare your budget for the program your organizations is going to do, its life time, who are the target population and the target to be reached at the end of the program. During the course of your activities the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) most be flowing through out the life time of the program.

  First identify the area of interest. Do the registration with the Government so that there is record of your existence and what you intend to do. After all registration with the relevant authorities is achieved, then you go ahead and introduce your organization to the Sector you belong to. Your Organization constitution, code of conduct, governing structure and staffing has to be done professionally, and with no sentiment.  On caring out your services, is of great importance to engage the locals ( the community leaders, women and youth) and other partners on ground so that good coordination is achieved.  Attending conferences and seminars expose you to a lot of views, how to handling complex situation, different approaches to solve same/similar problems. Capacity building training help you equip your staffs with new ideas, developments or strategies.
