To run a new up coming NGO you most, after all the necessary registration are made, how to fund the activities of the Organization has to be known and make sure technical staff are in place.

Prepare your budget for the program your organizations is going to do, its life time, who are the target population and the target to be reached at the end of the program.

During the course of your activities the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) most be flowing through out the life time of the program.
